An integrated unique top-feed fabric transport system
, developed in 1968 by German PFAFF® engineers, has remained unchanged to this day because it was designed perfectly. Over the years this system has become simply legendary, as no one has replicated such a feed mechanism or made anything better. It is a unique system in which a special top feed, working in sync with the feed dogs, helps to feed the fabric. Whatever you sew, this system works perfectly and every seam comes out ideal. With this system, the layers will never shift when sewing long distances, where one fabric "runs away" from the other. This matters not only when sewing slippery fabrics, but also knits, silks, denim and knitwear.

Patented electronic presser foot lift system
An extremely convenient function you'll only appreciate once you've used it. Your sewing machine raises the presser foot automatically, so you no longer need to lift it with the hand lever every time. Very few sewing machines have this function. Press a special button to raise the presser foot to the first lift position. If the lift height is too low, press the same button again and the foot rises even higher while lowering the feed dogs so they don't get in the way of placing fabric under the foot. It's simply a unique system that gives you even more possibilities.
There is also a unique thread tension system that automatically selects the optimum thread tension for the fabric under the presser foot. If you're not happy with the setting the machine chooses, you can always adjust it yourself.
Of course, the machine also has a built-in needle threader that lets you thread the needle quickly and effortlessly.

Quickly and conveniently choose any utility or decorative stitch you need, up to 9 mm wide. Or maybe you just want to embroider a child's initials or name? In that case, the machine offers as many as 3 alphabets with letters and numbers.

12 memory slots for up to 20 saved symbols
On this machine you can save 30 individual decorative sequences of up to 99 sewing symbols. Buy the unique optional extension table for your PFAFF sewing machine to enlarge the work area and give this sewing machine even more possibilities. The specially designed table has special mounting points and appears to simply float in the air. This way, when sewing large items, you can conveniently rest them under the table, because it has no support legs like extension tables from other manufacturers.
