Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale set out the conditions for using the UAB "Siuvimo manija" website siuvimomanija.lt and for ordering, paying for, delivering and returning products. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1.General provisions

• These terms are a legally binding document between you and the Seller – UAB "Siuvimo manija" (hereinafter the Seller) – setting out the rights, obligations and liability of the parties.
• The Seller has the right to change the terms; the version in force at the time the order was placed applies.
• Persons with full legal capacity (aged 18 or over) and legal entities have the right to purchase on the website.
• The contract is concluded and performed in the Lithuanian language and is governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.When the contract is concluded

Products can be ordered in two ways:

• Via the website shopping cart – choose a product, add it to the cart, specify the delivery and payment method and confirm the order.
• By e-mail – send your order to info@siuvimomanija.lt, stating: your chosen payment method (bank transfer or cash on delivery), the product model, your first and last name, delivery address, postcode and phone number.

The sales contract is deemed concluded from the moment the Seller confirms the order (confirmation on the website or by e-mail) and is valid until the parties have fully met their obligations.

3.Rights and obligations of the Buyer

3.1. The Buyer has the right to:

• buy products on the website in accordance with these terms;
• withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days (see the Returns Policy);
• use the warranty and warranty service applicable to the product.

3.2. The Buyer undertakes to:

• provide correct and complete order and delivery details;
• accept the ordered products and pay for them as agreed;
• keep the product packaging for the entire warranty period – it will be needed if the product has to be sent for warranty service.

4.Rights and obligations of the Seller

4.1. The Seller has the right to:

• refuse or cancel an order if the Buyer does not provide the required details or does not pay on time;
• change the product range, prices and terms without prior notice.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to:

• enable proper use of the website and fulfil the confirmed order;
• deliver the ordered products by the agreed method and within the agreed time;
• respect the Buyer's privacy and process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5.Prices and payment

Product prices are stated in euros including VAT. The price does not include delivery, which is shown separately. You can pay:

• By bank transfer – state the order number in the payment reference; the invoice is sent together with the goods. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the product reservation is cancelled and the order is annulled.
• In cash on delivery – you pay for the products when you collect / receive them.
• In instalments (leasing) – sewing machines can be financed through InBank leasing or another financing solution. The financing terms are set, and the decision is made, by the financing partner.

6.Delivery

• Products are delivered within 2 working days of order confirmation (and payment, if advance bank transfer was chosen), unless otherwise agreed.
• Delivery is made by the courier services LP Express, Venipak or SmartPosti (courier to your address) or to a parcel locker. The available delivery methods and prices are shown in the cart according to the products and delivery address.
• The delivery price depends on the products ordered; a separate delivery price may apply to bulky and industrial products.
• When the goods are handed over by the courier, the Buyer or their representative must check the condition of the parcel. If any damage is noticed, it must be noted in the shipping documents or reported to the Seller immediately.

7.Product quality and warranty

• Products are covered by the manufacturer's and/or the Seller's warranty – 2 or even 5 years, depending on the product.
• For warranty service, the product must be delivered or sent in its original packaging with all accessories and the proof of purchase, so the packaging must be kept for the entire warranty period.
• The warranty does not cover faults caused by improper use, failure to follow maintenance instructions or mechanical damage.

8.Returns

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days. The return procedure, conditions and exceptions are set out in the Returns Policy.

9.Liability of the parties

• The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and the resulting consequences.
• The Seller is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect data provided by the Buyer or by circumstances beyond the Seller's control (force majeure).
• The Seller is not liable for any inaccuracies in information or prices on the website caused by technical errors; in such a case, the contract is not performed at the incorrect price.

10.Dispute resolution

Disputes are first resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the consumer may apply to:

• the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus g. 25, Vilnius, vvtat.lt);
• the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr;
• or a court of the Republic of Lithuania in accordance with the procedure established by law.

11.Final provisions
