A five-thread JUKI overlocker with chain stitch and flatlock stitches. It offers 24 sewing programmes.
The MO-735 is a multi-purpose overedge and chain stitch machine. It runs quietly and smoothly and offers a wide choice of stitches: 5-thread safety stitch, 4-thread overedge with a reinforcing seam, 2-thread chain stitch, 4-, 3- and 2-thread flatlock stitches, and super-stretch and narrow rolled hem stitches.
The presser foot pressure adjuster lets you sew everything from the finest to the heaviest fabrics. The loopers are threaded quickly, and stitch density and differential are set with dials.

Colour-coded threading
Colour coding helps you thread easily and correctly. Thread tension is precisely adjusted with marked dials.
Steel loopers
The upper and lower loopers are made of high-quality steel using industrial machine manufacturing technology. They are durable and sew complex stitches neatly.
Density and differential adjustment
Overedge density and differential are set with convenient dials.
Heavy Duty cutting knives
The knife system used in industrial machines cleanly trims the edge of both heavy and fine fabrics.
The knife adjuster with an indicator helps you set the overedge width precisely to suit the fabric.
Baby Lock stitch with one lever
Moving the lever on the needle plate switches the overlocker to a narrow Baby Lock rolled overedge stitch.
Easy-change presser foot
The foot is removed quickly and easily, so you can use optional feet for the Baby Lock stitch, elastic, beading, blind stitch and more. Optional feet are sold separately and are not included as standard.
Lay-In-System lower looper threading
The patented JUKI system lets you thread the lower looper without even using tweezers.
Swing-out chain looper
Pressing the lever swings the chain looper out to a convenient position, making threading easier.
