JACK H7-LC
Long-arm industrial automatic lockstitch sewing machine with an extended work area, an integrated servo motor and compound feed. Designed for large items and a wide range of fabrics, from thin to extra-heavy.
The JACK H7-LC replaced the previous long-arm JACK H6L-CZ-4 model. The new machine has the Smart Stitching System: Flexible Alternation Technology and O Resistance Thread Control Technology. It sews thin fabrics without wrinkles and gives neat, bead-free seams on thick materials.
The machine sews upholstery fabrics, leather, faux leather, canvas, sailcloth, denim and other materials that need more force to pierce and feed. The walking foot feeds the fabric steadily, giving a high-quality seam.
It is used in the furniture industry, for sewing car interiors, and in the manufacture of tents, sports equipment and leisure goods. The stitch length is up to 8 mm, so thick items look better.
Automatic functions
The machine automatically trims the threads, lifts the presser foot, stops the needle in the set position and sews a backtack at the start and end of the seam. Functions are set on the control panel. The integrated servo motor works without a belt drive.
Smart Stitching System
Flexible Alternation Technology
An ultra-wide 1.3–5.5 mm alternation range makes the machine suitable for both thin and thick fabrics. The integrated 10.5 Nm torque gives a rapid response and precise fabric feeding.
O Resistance Thread Control Technology
30% less thread passing resistance and 20% better loop stability. Thread tension stays stable and the stitches look even.
According to the manufacturer, overall work efficiency increases by more than 9%.

The price of the machine depends on the chosen configuration, for example the type of table or stand. The price shown is for the machine with the original JACK table seen in the photo.
Tables made in Italy
For an additional charge, the machine can be supplied with high-quality tables made in Italy. Table top dimensions 105 × 55 × 4 cm. Several very sturdy stand models are available, the stand height is adjustable, and castors can be added for an additional charge.

Tables made in Italy come with a large drawer mounted under the table top.
Table top extension
For an additional charge, the table area can be enlarged by fitting a table top extension.
