Industrial automatic lockstitch sewing machine with an integrated motor and compound feed. Designed for a wide range of fabrics, from thin to heavy.
The machine has the Smart Stitching System: Flexible Alternation Technology and 0 Resistance Thread Control Technology. It sews thin fabrics without wrinkles and gives neat, bead-free seams on thick materials.
The machine sews leather, Oxford fabric and other materials that need more force to pierce and feed. The walking foot feeds the fabric steadily, giving a high-quality seam.
Automatic functions
The machine automatically trims the threads, lifts the presser foot, stops the needle in the set position and sews a backtack at the start and end of the seam. Functions are set on the control panel.

Flexible Alternation Technology
An ultra-wide 1.3–5.5 mm alternation range makes the machine suitable for both thin and thick fabrics. The integrated 10.5 Nm torque gives a rapid response and precise fabric feeding.
0 Resistance Thread Control Technology
30% less thread passing resistance and 20% better loop stability. Thread tension stays stable and the stitches look even.
Alternation scale
A scale is marked on the crankshaft, so the alternation height can be set more accurately and conveniently.
According to the manufacturer, overall work efficiency increases by more than 9%. In the manufacturer's test the H7 sewed 10 m of fabric in 59 s, while the competitor model took 66 s.
In the manufacturer's tests the H7 sewed 14 layers of Oxford fabric and 2, 4, 6 and 8 layers of leather.
Other features
Smart knee lift
One stepper motor performs two functions: presser foot lift and stitch length adjustment. The presser foot height is set digitally. The electronic knee lift can raise the foot slightly, to a height you set, so according to the manufacturer corners can be turned up to 80% faster. The lift height after trimming, during sewing and with the knee lift is set independently. Reverse sewing and presser foot lift are quiet.
Oil-free parts
According to the manufacturer, the DLC-coated parts and needle roller bearings in the head need no lubrication, so there is less risk of staining the work with oil. Other parts are lubricated as described in the instruction manual.
Cam positioning
A reference mark on the handwheel lets you set the cam position quickly and accurately. Adjustment and maintenance are easier.
Accurate stitch length
The stitch length is controlled by a stepper motor and set with 0.1 mm accuracy. Backtack stitches overlap well at any stitch length.
Voice navigation
If a fault occurs, press the voice navigation button and the machine will tell you how to solve the problem. Languages: Chinese, English, Russian, Polish, Vietnamese, Bengali and Italian.

Tables made in Italy
For an additional charge, the machine can be supplied with high-quality tables made in Italy. Table top dimensions 105 × 55 × 4 cm. Several very sturdy stand models are available, the stand height is adjustable, and castors can be added for an additional charge.
