RiCOMA HP-1620F ironing and fusing press
RiCOMA HP-1620F – a flat heat press with an automatically opening lid, a timer and a temperature controller. Suitable for both pressing and heat transfer.
The press is designed for flat surfaces: it transfers designs onto T-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, mouse mats and other items. The pressing mechanism distributes heat and pressure evenly across the whole item.
When the set time is up, the press raises the heat platen by itself, so the item is not overheated. Everything is controlled on a 13 cm touch screen, and the non-stick platen surface is easy to wipe clean.

Heat transfer and pressing
The press can transfer designs onto T-shirts, jackets, bags and other textile items. It can be used together with an embroidery machine for mixed decoration work, and with a DTG printer for curing prints.
The construction is designed for frequent and intensive use.
Automatic opening
When the time set on the timer runs out, the press automatically raises the heat platen. Meanwhile you can do other work without worrying that the item will be pressed for too long.
Not just for heat transfer vinyl
Besides heat transfer vinyl, the press can transfer sublimation designs and cure images printed with a DTG printer.

Timer and temperature
The temperature can be shown in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit, and progress can be followed on the timer. The timer duration can be changed at any time, without waiting for the press to finish.
Saving parameters
The job name, temperature and time can be saved. When repeating the same job, there is no need to enter them again.
List of saved settings
The list shows all settings saved for different jobs and materials. When you select a job, its parameters are loaded automatically.
Production statistics
You can see how many items have been produced over a given period. This makes it easier to calculate labour costs and plan production.
