RiCOMA HP-1620F-T ironing and fusing press
Auto-opening RiCOMA heat press with a lower plate that slides out on rails, a timer and a temperature controller. Suitable for pressing and fusing.
The HP-1620F-T is a flat heat press for textiles with automatic lid release. It makes it easy to fuse or press flat items and to transfer designs onto T-shirts, sweatshirts, bags and other products.
The press is controlled via a 13 cm touch screen: you set the time and temperature, save parameters and view production statistics.
Overview
The pressing mechanism distributes heat and pressure evenly across the whole item. The plate has a non-stick surface, so it is easy to wipe clean after work.
Features
Automatic opening
When the set time is up, the press lifts the heat plate by itself. You do not need to stand next to it – you can do other work in the meantime, and the item will not be pressed longer than necessary.
Slide-out lower plate
The lower plate slides out on rails like a drawer. You can lay out the item without putting your hands under the hot plate, which reduces the risk of burns.
Not just for heat transfers
The press can be used to transfer heat transfer vinyl and sublimation designs, and to cure (fix) images printed with a DTG printer. Combined with an embroidery machine, it lets you create mixed-technique products.

Timer and temperature
Temperature is shown in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit. The timer duration can be changed at any time without waiting for the press to finish its cycle.
Saving parameters
The job name, temperature and time can be saved so you do not have to enter them again next time.
Parameter list
The list shows all saved settings for different jobs and materials. When you select a job, its settings are loaded automatically.
Production statistics
Shows how many items have been produced over a given period. This helps you calculate labour costs more accurately and plan production.
