Automatic opening

When the time set on the timer runs out, the press automatically raises the heat platen. Meanwhile you can do other work, such as embroidering or printing with a DTG printer, without worrying that the cap will be pressed for too long.

All kinds of caps

Thanks to the curved heat platen, the press suits more than one type of cap: trucker, fitted, snapback, strapback, flexfit, five-panel caps, peaks and others.

Various transfer methods

The press can transfer digitally and screen-printed designs, heat transfer vinyl and sublimation images, and apply rhinestones and embroidered patches.

It can be used together with an embroidery machine for mixed decoration work.

Timer and temperature

The temperature can be shown in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit, and progress can be followed on the timer. The timer duration can be changed at any time, without waiting for the press to finish.

Saving parameters

The job name, temperature and time can be saved. When repeating the same job, there is no need to enter them again.

List of saved settings

The list shows all settings saved for different jobs and materials. When you select a job, its parameters are loaded automatically.

Production statistics

You can see how many items have been produced over a given period. This makes it easier to calculate labour costs and plan production. The panel also lets you choose the language and set the date and time.
