Easy setup

The machine body opens fully, so threading is simple and quick, with no need for tweezers. The full threading diagram is on the inside of the front cover.

This design also makes the overlocker easy to clean and to oil in the right places.

Each thread has its own channel

You simply guide the thread into its channel, so threading incorrectly is almost impossible.

LED lighting

The work area is brightly lit by LEDs. They are long-lasting and use very little electricity, so additional lighting is usually not needed.

Adjustable differential feed

Seam quality depends on the structure of the fabric, so the fabric feed can be adjusted – from stretch to stable fabrics such as denim. The adjustment range is from 0.2 to 0.7.

Increase the feed when sewing stretch fabrics and decrease it when sewing lightweight ones.

Waste container

The container is included. It attaches easily, stays firmly in place and is easy to remove when you need to empty the trimmings. Your workspace stays clean.

Presser foot pressure dial

The presser foot pressure can be set to suit the fabric being sewn, so the overlocker can handle a very wide variety of fabrics.

Precise thread tension dials

The tension dials are built into the machine body. They are precise and easy to set.

Simple controls

Stitch length and differential feed are set with convenient dials to suit the fabric being sewn.

Cutting width adjustment

The overcasting width is set with a knob. Turning it moves the knives, making the seam wider or narrower.

Flexible presser foot

The specially designed foot has a support, so it passes more easily over thicker areas such as multi-layer seams or joins.
