Description

A computerised JUKI F series sewing machine with 105 operations, including 16 types of buttonhole. Suitable for the home, small sewing workshops and clothing alteration shops.

JUKI is one of the largest manufacturers of industrial sewing machines, and the F series uses a number of industrial machine features: box feed, thread cutting with the foot control and steel feed dogs.

The machine sews a wide range of fabrics, from fine silk to knits, denim, coating fabrics and leather. Fine fabrics do not pucker, and on thick sections the stitch does not bunch up or skip.

Automatic bobbin winding

Automatic bobbin winding

Place the bobbin on the winder and push the lever: the machine starts winding by itself and stops when the bobbin is full. There is no need to press the foot control or release the handwheel.

Box feed

In ordinary domestic machines the feed dogs move in an ellipse, whereas in the F series they move in a rectangle, as in industrial straight-stitch machines. This keeps the fabric from puckering, stops slippery fabrics from shifting and gives an even stitch on both light and heavy fabrics.

Stitches are selected with buttons on the front of the machine. A clear chart on the flip-up cover means you rarely need to open the manual.

Thread cutting with the foot control

When you finish sewing, press the back of the foot control and the machine cuts the upper and bobbin threads, as industrial machines do. No more cutting long ends with scissors or pulling the thread, which can pucker the seam.

The threads can also be cut with a button next to the START/STOP button (handy when sewing without the foot control), or you can turn on automatic cutting at the end of a stitch.

Improved fabric feed

Steel feed dogs and a reinforced presser foot mount help the machine move from thin to thick sections, for example when sewing denim or coating fabrics. On thick sections the stitch does not bunch up or skip.

16 types of buttonhole

16 types of buttonhole

A special sensor helps sew buttonholes, giving a neat result on any fabric. You can choose the buttonhole type to suit the fabric, change its width and density, and sew over the buttonhole twice or even three times in one operation.

A convenient, large work surface. It can be enlarged further with an extension table, which is included with the F600 and available separately for the F300.

LED lighting

LED lighting

LED lights brightly illuminate the work area, do not burn out and use very little electricity. The F600 has lights in several places.

Knee lifter

Knee lifter

The presser foot can be raised by nudging a lever with your knee, leaving your hands free. The lever is included with the F400 and F600 and available separately for the F300.

Large START/STOP button

Large START/STOP button

The button sits close to your thumb while your hands guide the fabric, so you do not need to take your eyes off the work. It lights green when the foot is lowered and the machine is ready, and red when the foot is raised, when the machine is protected against accidental starting.
