The updated, modernised JUKI MO-644DN overlocker with a new LED lighting system.

The JUKI MO-644DN is an updated and modernised model. An overlocker that sews 3- and 4-thread overlock stitches as well as a fine 3-thread "Baby Lock" rolled hem for finishing silk and other fabrics. Excellent technical specifications, very quiet operation, one of the highest sewing speeds of all household overlockers (up to 1500 stitches/min), exceptionally high-quality stitches indistinguishable from factory-made items, very easy threading, stitch density setting, differential feed adjustment and many other features make this machine a powerful tool for any task.

A trim waste container for this overlocker can also be purchased separately.

 

Colour-coded threading guides help you thread the machine easily and correctly.

Convenient stitch density adjustment from 1 to 4 mm.

 

The upper and lower loopers are made of exceptionally high-quality steel using industrial machine manufacturing technologies, so they are very durable and produce seams of any complexity with excellent quality.

 

The differential feed adjuster lets you set the fabric feed you need.

 

The knife adjuster lets you set the optimal overcast seam width for the fabric you are sewing.

The Heavy Duty knife system, also used in industrial sewing machines, ensures excellent edge trimming of both thick and thin fabrics.

With a single flick of a lever on the needle plate, you can turn the overlocker into a "Baby Lock" narrow rolled hem machine.

 

The presser foot is quick and easy to remove, so you can use optional feet for various sewing techniques (Baby Lock, elastic sewing, beading, blind stitch, etc.). Optional feet are sold separately and are not included as standard.
