JACK W4S-UT-01GB
An industrial high-speed five-thread coverstitch machine with top cover stitching. Designed mainly for sewing knits.
The JACK W4S-UT-01GB is a fully automatic machine: it trims the threads and lifts the presser foot by itself. It has a built-in economical servo motor, a needle positioning system and LED lighting of the work area. The machine has a standard flat bed.
The machine sews several types of seams: a three-needle five-thread seam with or without top cover, wide and narrow two-needle seams with or without top cover, and a straight chain stitch. The differential mechanism adjusts the movement of the feed dogs, so the fabric feed can be tailored to the specific fabric.
The machine is well built and works efficiently, smoothly and quietly, without vibration even at high speed. The lubrication system has been improved, and the body is powder coated, so it lasts longer.

Quick stitch length setting
Press the special button and turn the shaft to the required graduated position.
Clear swivel guard
During sewing the guard covers the needles and protects the operator if a needle breaks unexpectedly.
Hand guard
A special metal guard covers the needles.
Needle cooling with silicone oil
When sewing at high speed, the needle can heat up from the thread. To stop a hot needle from burning the fabric, the machine has a needle cooling system that uses silicone oil.
Pop-up threading mechanism
When you press the lever, the thread take-up mechanism pops forward. Once the thread is in, simply push it back.
Needle guard
A special support prevents the needles from bending during sewing.
Differential feed adjustment
With a convenient lever the operator can quickly set the required fabric feed parameters herself, without a mechanic's help.
Thread take-up mechanism
Ensures even thread tension, so seams are neat and uniform.
Economical servo motor
The built-in 550 W JACK servo motor cuts electricity consumption by up to 80%, vibrates less and is very quiet, as it only runs when the pedal is pressed. There is no belt drive, and the needle is positioned automatically.
