JACK W4-D-01GB
JACK W4-D-01GB – an industrial high-speed five-thread cover stitch machine for knits, with top cover stitch and a flat bed.
The machine has a built-in new-generation energy-saving servo motor, a needle positioning system and LED work area lighting.
The machine is mainly used for sewing knits. It sews several types of seams: three-needle five-thread with or without top cover, two-needle wide seam with or without top cover, two-needle narrow seam with or without top cover, as well as a straight chain stitch.
The differential mechanism controls the movement of the feed dogs, so the fabric feed can be adapted to the specific fabric. The machine is well assembled and works productively, smoothly and quietly, without vibration even at high speed. The lubrication system has been improved, and the powder-coated body stays in good condition for longer.
Fully automatic version
A fully automatic version, W4-UT-01GB, with thread trimming and presser foot lifting functions, is also available.

Quick stitch density setting
Press a special button and turn the shaft to the desired graduated position.
Transparent swivelling guard
During sewing, the guard covers the needles and protects the operator if a needle unexpectedly breaks.
Finger guard
A special metal finger guard covers the needles.
Needle cooling with silicone oil
When sewing at high speed, the needle can heat up from the thread. To prevent a hot needle from damaging the fabric, the machine has a needle cooling system with silicone oil.
Pop-up threading mechanism
When you press the lever, the thread take-up mechanism pops forward, making threading easier. After threading, simply push it back.
Needle guard
A special guard prevents the needles from bending during sewing.
Differential adjustment
With a convenient lever, the operator can quickly set the required fabric feed parameters without the help of a technician.
Thread take-up mechanism
Tensions the thread evenly, so the seams are neat and uniform.
Built-in servo motor
The new-generation energy-saving 550 W JACK servo motor reduces power consumption by up to 80 %. It runs quietly only when the pedal is pressed, vibrates less, has no belt drive and positions the needle automatically.
