JACK K5-UT-01GB
An industrial cylinder-bed five-thread coverstitch machine with top cover stitching. Designed mainly for sewing knits, especially sleeves and other narrow parts.
The JACK K5-UT-01GB is a fully automatic high-speed machine: it trims the threads and lifts the presser foot by itself. It has a built-in economical servo motor, a needle positioning system and LED lighting of the work area.
The cylinder bed makes it easy to sew sleeves and other narrow items. The machine sews several types of seams: a three-needle five-thread seam with or without top cover, wide and narrow two-needle seams with or without top cover, and a straight chain stitch. The fabric feed is adjusted by the differential mechanism.
The machine is well built and works efficiently, smoothly and quietly, without vibration even at high speed. The lubrication system has been improved, and the body is powder coated, so it lasts longer.

Small-diameter cylinder bed
The cylinder bed diameter is 270 mm. It is convenient for sewing both very small and large parts.

The stitch length is set simply by moving a lever.

The fabric feed range is easy to adjust for all sewing options. Moving the lever lets you gather or additionally stretch the knit being sewn.
The bed can be extended to a standard one
The narrow cylinder bed is convenient for hard-to-reach areas: sleeves, trouser hems, children's clothing. When needed, additional parts can be attached in a few minutes, turning it into a standard bed.
New-generation servo motor (Direct drive)
Compared with old-generation clutch motors: quiet operation, beltless drive, high speed, less vibration, soft start, quick stop, needle positioning and up to 80% lower electricity consumption.
