The new-generation JACK JK-S06-125 round-knife cutter (blade diameter 11 cm) is designed for cutting various materials and fabrics. The machine's design is completely different from the old-style cutting machines made until now. First of all, this machine has a new-generation servo motor that drives the cutting blade directly. This means the machine does not have the gear system that was the biggest problem in the past – it was unreliable, as the gears wore out with intensive use and had to be replaced, or worse, jammed and burnt out the motor.
This machine is very compact and very light – it weighs only 2 kg. During cutting, the machine glides very easily across a smooth table surface on special rollers on the underside of its base. The machine is very manoeuvrable, and its very ergonomic handle makes it comfortable to work with even for long hours. Integrated LED lighting makes the cutter's work more comfortable.
