JACK JK-S06-110 – a compact round knife cutting machine with a 110 mm blade and a servo motor. Designed for cutting fabrics and other materials in sewing workshops and in leather, textile and furniture production.
The servo motor drives the cutting blade directly, so the machine has no gear system. In older cutting machines it was the gears that wore out under heavy use and had to be replaced, and if they jammed the motor could burn out.
The machine weighs only 2 kg. It glides easily across a flat table surface on rollers fitted to the underside of the base, and the ergonomic handle allows comfortable work even for long hours. An integrated LED lamp lights the work area.

The machine is used in garment, leather goods and textile production. It can cut garments, leather, textiles, rubber products, paper, quilts, carpets, materials for crafts, furniture and sofas, umbrellas, hats, bulletproof vests and more.
6 speed levels
The blade speed is adjustable in 6 levels: 660, 820, 980, 1140, 1300 and 1460 rpm. Lower speeds are convenient for making samples or for lighter work.
32 mm cutting height
The 110 mm blade can cut a stack of fabric layers up to 32 mm high. The design ensures stable cutting both in straight lines and around curves.
Sharpening stone and guard
The integrated sharpening stone helps keep the blade edge sharp. The blade is covered by a protective guard that keeps the operator safe.
Replaceable steel blade
The blades are made of high-quality steel and are sharp and durable. They are suitable for cutting canvas, carpets, denim, fabrics, leather, plastic, tarpaulin, wallpaper, vinyl and other thin materials. One spare blade is included.
