JACK JK-1500E-464M-UT
The JACK JK-1500E-464M-UT is an industrial automatic four-needle, six-thread coverstitch machine for knitwear with a cylinder bed and top cover stitch.
The machine has an economical servo motor built into the head, needle positioning, LED work area lighting, automatic thread trimming and automatic presser foot lift.
With four needles and a top cover stitch, you can sew garment parts that are difficult to sew on ordinary machines. Suitable for both thick and thin materials, used mainly for knitwear. The cylinder bed is handy for sewing sleeves and other narrow items.

Features
Long small-diameter cylinder bed
The cylinder bed is long and has a small diameter, so both very small and large parts are easy to sew. A special version with a bed extended to 450 mm is also available.
Seam quality
The machine sews various types of fabric neatly, and the seam looks good and resists stretching.
The differential mechanism lets you adjust the feed dog movement so the fabric is fed correctly.
Automatic presser foot lift
The presser foot is raised by an electromagnet up to 10 mm.
Threading and automatic trimming
The machine has a patented threading system. Threads are trimmed by a stepper motor – quickly, accurately and more quietly.
Built-in servo motor
The energy-saving servo drive is built into the machine head. The machine runs smoothly and quietly and does not vibrate even at high speed.
Construction
An improved lubrication system, modern design and powder-coated housing extend the service life of the machine. The machine is well assembled and works productively.
