The JACK H6-CZ-4 is a radically updated industrial fully automatic universal lockstitch sewing machine with an integrated new-generation servo motor, compound (double) feed and a large hook.
The JACK H6-CZ-4 is fully modernised and replaces the previous JACK H5-CZ-4 model. The machine sews even more quietly, backtacking is very smooth, the motor runs without vibration, and thanks to a new solenoid the presser foot lift is even quieter and higher.
The machine is designed for sewing thick and very thick fabrics such as upholstery fabrics, leather, leatherette, canvas, sailcloth, denim and many others where increased force is needed to penetrate and feed the material. The walking foot ensures stable fabric feed, guaranteeing excellent sewing and high seam quality. Since fairly thick threads are used for these fabrics, the large hook ensures longer uninterrupted work and therefore higher productivity. This type of machine has a very wide range of applications: the furniture industry, car upholstery, tents, sports equipment, leisure goods and many other areas. The machine's stitch length is also twice that of ordinary sewing machines – up to 8 mm – and thick items sewn with a longer stitch look much better.
This model has additional functions such as automatic thread trimming, presser foot lifting and automatic backtacking at the start and end of a seam.
Working with this machine significantly increases productivity and efficiency. This model also has functions such as automatic thread trimming, automatic backtacking and a control panel. The machine has an integrated new-generation beltless servo motor and a new-generation LED work area lighting system.

At extra cost, the sewing machine can be supplied with high-quality Italian-made tables. Table top dimensions 105 x 55 x 4 cm.
Several models of table stands with an exceptionally sturdy construction are available. The stand height is adjustable. Castors are available at extra cost.
The Italian-made tables also come with a large, convenient drawer for accessories, mounted under the table top.
