Overlockers of this version are unique in that they can perform any type of edge-finishing function. These machines come with new-generation original servo motors, which have unique features such as very quiet operation and up to 80% lower electricity consumption compared with old-style clutch motors. Machines with this type of motor also have the highest speed among industrial overlockers (up to 7000 stitches/min) as well as high reliability and productivity.

The overlocker can be supplied with two types of table – a standard table or a recessed table, in which the machine is mounted inside the table so that the sewing bed is flush with the table top.

This advanced overlocker offers unmatched flexibility, letting users choose one of three operating modes:

Manual mode: full pedal control for traditional sewing.

Semi-automatic mode: use the pedal, and the machine automatically takes care of cutting and raising the presser foot thanks to built-in photocells.

Automatic mode: the machine works via photocells only, for hands-free operation.

Maximum-speed feed system: real-time detection of changes in fabric position guarantees optimal coordination of pressure and feed force, allowing flawless work with all types of fabrics (thick, thin, stretchy or stiff) without slowing down.

Presser foot transformer: uses smart sensing to adjust pressure in real time, detecting changes 32,000 times per second and using millions of data models for an ultra-fast pressure response (0.00006 microseconds).

Smart Rhino Feed: offers smart adaptation and precise feeding with an excellent 9.2 Nm torque, ensuring accurate feeding at any degree of rotation for consistent results.
