JACK C5T-4-M04/435 – a high-speed four-thread industrial overlocker with top fabric feed and automatic thread trimming.
C5T series overlockers have an additional top feed system, so layers of fabric are fed evenly. Depending on the version, machines in the series overcast the edge with three, four or five threads.
The machine has a built-in new-generation servo motor. It runs very quietly and uses up to 80 % less electricity than older clutch motors. Sewing speed is up to 6000 stitches per minute.
The overlocker can be supplied with a standard or a sunken table. In a sunken table the machine is mounted inside the table so that the needle plate is level with the tabletop.
