UAB "Siuvimo manija" – the only authorised JACK sewing machine distributor in Lithuania – presents the fully automatic five-thread overlocker for overcasting thick fabrics, the JACK C5C-4-M04/435.

The JACK C5C-5-M04/435 is a latest-series high-speed fully automatic overlocker performing edge-finishing operations with THREE or FIVE threads.

Machines in this series are designed for sewing thick fabrics such as upholstery fabrics, denim and workwear.

The JACK C5C overlocker is supplied with a standard table, as shown in the photo below.

Standard table size 120x55 – height adjustable. If required, the table can also be smaller, 105x55 – height also adjustable.

The wheels shown on the table frame are supplied at the customer's request for an extra €20.

If required, the table can also be of the recessed type for €20 on top of the price shown.

Intelligent technologies and fully automatic functions

Automatic thread cutter

Automatic thread cutting on this machine works intelligently – if the automatic thread cutting function is enabled, you don't need to do anything at all. As soon as you finish sewing and the fabric has passed under the presser foot, a light sensor is uncovered and the machine automatically cuts all the threads.

If you don't need it, you can always turn this function off at the push of a button.

 

Automatic presser foot lift

When you finish a seam, the presser foot lifts automatically. This speeds up work a lot and makes sewing more comfortable. This function can also be turned off if you wish.

 

Intelligent fabric feed system (Smart Rhino Feeding)

The synchronised fabric feed system always feeds fabrics evenly, regardless of their thickness. This makes the range of fabrics you can sew very wide, and the overlocker simply senses thicker or thinner sections, adapting automatically and sewing them precisely and to a perfect standard.

 

Fabric thickness selector (L/M/H)

With a convenient special knob you can also choose between three sewing levels – light fabrics (L), medium fabrics (M) or thick fabrics (H).

This function changes the tilt angle of the feed dogs to adapt to the fabric thickness.

 

Voice assistant (Voice Guide)

The overlocker has a voice guide system that tells you the machine's status, warns you of errors and suggests the best solutions. This makes the overlocker much easier to use and gives stability and consistency at work.

 

Intelligent needle positioning

The overlocker has a built-in needle positioning system that stops the needles at the top position. This way, when you finish sewing the needles stop up, and when you start sewing you don't need to worry about whether the needle position is correct.

 

Industry 4.0 technology support (optional)

The Jack C5C overlocker can be connected to smart industrial production lines and transmit data about completed work and operations to the operator.
