The JACK A6F-E-HQ sewing machine with needle feed is designed for sewing thick items. The letter H indicates the machine subclass (HEAVY), designed for sewing fabrics such as workwear, denim, leatherette and upholstery fabrics. Machines marked H have a reinforced needle bar system, hook system and thread trimming knife system. For thin and medium fabrics there is the more versatile JACK A6F-E model without the letter H.
The JACK A6F-E-HQ is a top-of-the-range (HIGH CLASS) new-generation sewing machine designed for sewing thick fabrics. Machines of this version are used for sewing workwear, upholstery fabrics and other thicker fabrics.
The distinctive feature of these machines is a reinforced needle feed system, needle bar mechanism and reinforced thread trimming system. Machines of this version also come with coarser feed dogs, wider presser feet and thicker needle bars for better sewing of thicker and heavier fabrics.
A special sealed lubrication design ensures "clean sewing", because the machine's central lubrication system is completely enclosed and the oil lubricating the machine is kept in a special closed reservoir, so it does not leak out or stain the items being sewn.
JACK A6F-E-HQ industrial universal high-speed lockstitch sewing machines come with an integrated internal servo motor that ensures very quiet, stable operation and saves up to 80% of electricity compared with old-style clutch motors. Machines in this series have an outstanding feature – a special needle feed system that ensures even fabric feed and eliminates the chance of the fabric layers shifting against each other. The enlarged work platform provides more working space and ensures comfortable work for the operator. These sewing machines can be used for sewing thin, medium and thick fabrics. The machines are supplied with a table. The integrated servo motor has functions such as needle positioning (the needle always stops in the up or down position, as you choose) and speed setting. These machines are very reliable, run smoothly and very quietly, have an excellent modern design, a SPECIAL TECHNOLOGY sealed central lubrication system and very high build quality. Thanks to the integrated servo motor, the machine runs very quietly and the motor only starts when the foot pedal is pressed. These machines have no vibration, because there is no belt – on old-style sewing machines the belt connected the machine shaft to a motor mounted under the table. Also, compared with clutch motors, these machines start sewing very smoothly with no jerk, which makes sewing complex parts easier because the machine is much easier to control. All JACK A6F-E-HQ series machines have built-in LED work area lighting with adjustable light intensity. These machines are ideal both for industrial use, where high productivity is required, and for homes and other premises where noise levels matter, as these machines produce no noise or vibration. The machine surface is finished with powder coating technology. Surfaces coated this way are highly resistant to abrasion, so the machines keep their appearance and technical properties for a long time.
