JACK JK-2030GHC-4UQ
The JACK JK-2030GHC-4UQ is an automatic industrial lockstitch sewing machine for heavy and extra-heavy fabrics, with an integrated servo motor, a compound (double) feed system and an enlarged hook.
The machine is designed for upholstery fabrics, leather, leatherette, canvas, sailcloth, denim and other materials that need more force to pierce and feed. The walking foot feeds the fabric evenly, giving a high-quality seam.
Heavy fabrics are sewn with thick thread, so the enlarged hook lets you work longer without interruptions. The stitch can be up to 8 mm long, roughly twice as long as on standard machines, and a longer stitch looks better on heavy items.
The machine trims the threads by itself, sews a backtack at the start and end of a seam, and has a control panel and LED lighting of the work area. The servo motor is integrated, with no belt drive. Machines like this are used in the furniture industry, for sewing car interiors, and in the manufacture of tents and sports and leisure goods.
