JACK Z7-18100
The JACK Z7 is an industrial triple-feed sewing machine for heavy and thick materials: automotive products (steering wheels, seats), sofas, bags and mattresses.
UAB Siuvimo manija is the only official distributor of JACK sewing machines in Lithuania. For 14 years in a row, JACK Corporation has sold the most sewing machines per year.
The Z7 has a reinforced construction, a new-generation 850 W servo motor with a patented electronic encoding system, a fabric thickness sensor and a touch control screen with a voice guide.
Features
Triple feed
The fabric is moved together by the feed dogs, the needle and the walking presser feet. This system is designed for sewing heavy materials of any thickness.
AI chip
The chip instantly passes changes in fabric thickness and resistance to the motor. The needle penetration force and motor torque are then increased, so the machine runs steadily.
Built-in fabric thickness sensor
When it detects a thicker area, the sensor automatically switches on a second, higher walking-foot level and an additional thread tension device, so the whole seam is uniform.
Dual walking-foot height adjustment
Two knobs set two switchable walking-foot levels. They are switched on automatically or manually, depending on the detected fabric overlap or thickness.
Additional thread tension
The second thread tension device is also switched on automatically or manually, depending on the overlap or thickness.
Dual stitch length
Corners and similar seams need a shorter stitch. The Z7 switches to it at the press of a button, with no need to turn a knob.
Touch control screen
The voice guide and icons let you quickly switch reverse sewing (backtacking), presser foot lift, thread trimming and other functions on or off. A longer press of a button opens the function settings.
Electronic handwheel
The built-in digital handwheel allows precise control of sewing. One click makes half a stitch.
Multi-function keys
The keys are placed in front of the operator. Each of them can be programmed as needed via the control panel.
850 W servo motor
According to the manufacturer, this is the most powerful motor in its class – 13 % more powerful than the motors of competitors' triple-feed lockstitch models.
Pneumatic presser foot lift
A dual, alternately operating pneumatic presser foot lifter is fitted.
XXL hook with large bobbins
The 32 mm hook (73 % larger than 2X-type hooks) suits thick thread, and the bobbin holds a lot of thread, so it needs changing less often.
