The JACK MS-100A is a large-format programmable pattern sewing machine with a 140 × 95 cm sewing area. Suitable for both light and heavy work.
The machine has a dual screw drive and a new, fully sealed housing. Templates are recognised by RFID, the presser is electronic, and the machine can be connected to WiFi and managed via an Industry 4.0 / IoT system.
Features
Compact design
The sewing area is 140 × 95 cm, but the side and front tables fold and slide in, so the overall dimensions can be reduced within 1 minute. The machine does not need to be dismantled for transport.
Electronic thread tensioner
At the start of a seam it reduces thread tangling at the beginning of the seam. During trimming it maintains thread tension, so stitch quality is better.
RFID template recognition
A radio frequency reader scans tags in which a sewing pattern can be stored an unlimited number of times. When a template is brought close, the machine switches the pattern automatically.
Electronic presser
The presser stays down longer while the needle rises, so stitches are not skipped and the thread does not break. Different presser heights can be set for different sections of the seam.
Touch screen
Shortcut buttons instantly activate the most frequently used functions: emergency stop, air cleaning, lowering the template clamps and starting to sew.
Programming on the machine
Programs can be created directly on the screen or with computer software and transferred to the machine via USB or WiFi (IoT).
Lower vibration
Using emulation and dynamic balance analysis software, vibration damping has been increased, and the machine's resonance point now reaches 1400 rpm.
Dual screw drive
It increases drive accuracy, reduces vibration and improves seam stability. The Y-axis rails with recirculating ball sliders are protected from dust and thread waste.
Additional functions
Available options include automatic bobbin changing, laser cutting right next to the seam, precise bobbin lifting (so the machine does not sew empty) and dot marking showing where to attach pockets or perform other operations.
Industry 4.0 / IoT
Using a mobile or web app, you can change parameters, view statistics and send sewing designs directly to the machine via the cloud, wherever you are.
