JACK K5-D-01GB
JACK K5-D-01GB – a new industrial high-speed five-thread cover stitch machine for knits, with a cylinder bed and top cover stitch.
The machine has a built-in new-generation energy-saving servo motor, a needle positioning system and LED work area lighting. The cylinder bed makes it much easier to sew sleeves and other narrow items.
The machine is mainly used for sewing knits. It sews several types of seams: three-needle five-thread with or without top cover, two-needle wide seam with or without top cover, two-needle narrow seam with or without top cover, as well as a straight chain stitch.
The differential mechanism controls the movement of the feed dogs, so the fabric feed can be adapted to the specific fabric. The machine is well assembled and works productively, smoothly and quietly, without vibration even at high speed. The lubrication system has been improved, and the powder-coated body stays in good condition for longer.
Fully automatic version
A fully automatic K5-UT version, model K5-01GBX356-UT, with thread trimming and presser foot lifting functions, is also available.
Features
Small-diameter cylinder bed
The cylinder bed diameter is 270 mm. It is convenient for sewing both very small and large parts.
Convenient stitch density adjustment
You set the desired stitch density simply by sliding the knob.
Silicone thread lubrication system for three needles
Control panel on the head
The control panel is built into the machine head, making the machine quick and convenient to operate.
Patented lower looper threading system
Threading the lower looper is simple and quick.
Needle protection
An adjustable needle stability system protects the needles from bending and breaking, so the seams look better.
Differential feed regulator
The fabric feed is easy to adjust for all sewing options. By sliding the knob you can gather the fabric or additionally stretch a knitted item.
The bed can be extended to a flat bed
The narrow cylinder bed makes it easy to sew hard-to-reach areas: sleeves, trouser hems, children's clothing. If needed, you can attach additional parts in a few minutes and turn the narrow bed into a flat bed.
New-generation servo motor (Direct drive)
Compared with old-generation clutch motors, the servo motor runs quietly, has no belt drive, reaches high speed, vibrates less, starts smoothly and stops quickly, positions the needle and saves electricity (up to 80 %).
