JACK JK-58750J
Industrial twin-needle lockstitch machine with full automation, an integrated 750 W servo motor and needle disengagement. Designed for medium and heavy fabrics.
The JK-58750J has enlarged horizontal hooks and sews with a stitch length of up to 7 mm. It is indispensable when two parallel seams are needed: bed linen, workwear, jeans. Either needle can be disengaged with a lever, which makes it easy to turn the seam at a right angle.
The needle mechanism and feed dogs work in sync, so fabric layers do not shift even in long seams. The machine automatically trims the thread, lifts the presser foot, positions the needle and sews programmed backtacks. Supplied with a table.

Series variants
In the JK-58450 and JK-58750 series you can choose a twin-needle machine with or without full automation, and with or without needle disengagement. The table shows all variants.

What has been improved

Hooks twice as large
They hold more thread, so the machine needs rethreading less often – it sews twice as long on one bobbin.

Larger working area

More space at the needle
Increased distance between the working area and the body.

Wider feed dog adjustment
Increased feed dog adjustment range.

Simpler hook adjustment
The newly modified system is more reliable and simpler.

Hook protection
Sealed covers protect the hooks from dirt and extend their service without extra maintenance.

Closed lubrication system
The oil is not contaminated by fabric dust, and the fabrics being sewn stay clean.

Bearings instead of bushings
There are no bushings to wear out, so the machine lasts several times longer.

Adjustable thread take-ups
The machine can be readjusted from thin to heavy fabrics.

Floating presser foot
Adjusts itself to the thickness of the fabric.

Graduated presser foot pressure
Together with improved stitch density adjustment.

More reliable thread trimming
The newly designed solenoid needs less frequent maintenance.

Steel shafts
Low vibration and stable operation.

Reinforced belt drive
Less noise and vibration, cleaner operation.

Needle disengagement
Either needle can be disengaged with one lever – convenient when turning corners.

Why choose an automated machine
- Productivity is two or even three times higher than with a basic machine – one operator does the work of two or three.
- It takes up less space than two or three basic machines, and the servo motor uses up to 70 % less electricity.
- Automatic thread trimming reduces thread consumption roughly threefold.
- Higher seam quality and more comfortable work.
- Complex operations are easier: sewing in labels, pockets and zips.
- A used automated machine is easier to sell than a basic one.
