The JACK JK-1500E-464M-UT is a new, specially designed industrial CYLINDER-BED, fully automatic high-speed four-needle, six-thread coverstitch machine for knits with top cover stitching, a new-generation economical integrated servo motor, needle positioning system and built-in LED work area lighting.
The JACK JK-1500E-464M-UT comes with full automation – thread cutting and automatic presser foot lift functions.
The JACK JK-1500E sewing machine with top cover stitching is a versatile 4-needle machine that makes it easy to sew all the garment parts that are hard to sew on traditional sewing machines.
The machine is suitable for both thick and thin materials. The standard cylinder length is 380 mm, with an optional length of 450 mm. The machine head has a built-in energy-saving servo drive. Machines are available with or without automatic thread cutting. Automatic thread cutting using a stepper motor ensures fast and precise cutting and reduces noise.
The machine has a cylinder bed. The cylinder bed makes it much easier to sew sleeves and other narrow items. It is mostly used for sewing knit fabrics. The machine can sew several stitch variants: four-needle six-thread with or without top cover, three-needle five-thread with or without top cover, a wide two-needle four-thread stitch with or without top cover, a narrow two-needle stitch with or without top cover, and a straight chain stitch.
The machine has a differential mechanism that lets you adjust the movement of the feed dogs and thus the fabric feed to achieve the best, highest-quality sewing. The machine has very high build quality, high productivity and very smooth, quiet operation, with no vibration even at high speed.
An improved lubrication system, a modern new design and exceptionally high-quality powder coating of the machine body extend the machine's service life for a long time.
