JACK H2-CZ-12

 

The JACK H2-CZ-12 is a new modernised industrial universal lockstitch sewing machine with compound (double) feed, a DOUBLE-size large hook and an integrated LED work area lighting system. The machine has an integrated new-generation high-power servo motor with a positioning function and a very convenient single-stitch sewing system.

On the JACK H2-CZ-12 the stitch length is extended to as much as 12 mm for exceptional decorative topstitching.

The machine is designed for sewing thick and very thick fabrics such as upholstery fabrics, leather, leatherette, canvas, sailcloth, denim and many others where increased force is needed to penetrate and feed the material. The walking foot ensures stable fabric feed, guaranteeing excellent sewing and high seam quality. Since fairly thick threads are used for these fabrics, the large hook ensures longer uninterrupted work and therefore higher productivity. This type of machine has a very wide range of applications: the furniture industry, car upholstery, tents, sports equipment, leisure goods and many other areas. The machine's stitch length is also much longer than on ordinary sewing machines – up to 12 mm – and thick items sewn with a longer stitch look much better.

Working with this machine significantly increases productivity and efficiency. The machine has an integrated new-generation beltless servo motor and a new-generation LED work area lighting system.

JACK H2 machines are very reliable and durable, have an excellent modern design, an improved lubrication system and very high build quality. Thanks to their excellent specifications and engineering, the machines can be used very widely in any area of heavy fabric sewing.

 

A special walking presser foot system, an extended stitch length range and a double-size hook.

At extra cost, the sewing machine can be supplied with high-quality Italian-made tables. Table top dimensions 105 x 55 x 4 cm.

Several models of table stands with an exceptionally sturdy construction are available. The stand height is adjustable. Castors are available at extra cost.

The Italian-made tables also come with a large, convenient drawer for accessories, mounted under the table top.
