JACK C7 URUS – industrial high-speed six-thread overlocker with automatic thread trimming and presser foot lifting. The machine recognises the fabric and adapts to it.
According to the manufacturer, the C7 is the first JACK overlocker with artificial intelligence technology. It adapts easily to different fabrics, and the improved fabric feed and presser foot pressure control system helps produce neat seams.
The overlocker comes with a new-generation servo motor: it runs very quietly and uses up to 80 % less electricity than old-style clutch motors. Maximum speed is up to 7000 stitches/min. You can choose a standard or a recessed table, where the sewing platform is level with the tabletop.
Three operating modes
- Manual – everything is controlled with the pedal, as in normal sewing.
- Semi-automatic – you sew with the pedal, while the machine takes care of thread trimming and presser foot lifting using built-in photo sensors.
- Automatic – the machine works only on photo sensor signals, leaving your hands free.
Features
Fabric feed system
Changes in fabric position are detected in real time, so pressure and feed force are coordinated. The machine sews thick, thin, stretchy and stiff fabrics evenly without reducing speed.
Presser foot pressure control
Presser foot pressure is adjusted in real time: changes are detected 32 000 times per second, with a pressure response of 0.00006 microseconds (manufacturer's data).
Smart Rhino Feeding
Precise fabric feed with 9.2 Nm torque at any rotation position – the result is always consistent.
Higher productivity
According to the manufacturer, these functions increase work efficiency by more than 10 %.
