JACK A6F-E-HQ
The JACK A6F-E-HQ is an industrial lockstitch sewing machine with needle feed, designed for thick and heavy fabrics: workwear, denim, leatherette and upholstery fabrics.
The letter H (HEAVY) marks a subclass designed for heavy fabrics. These machines have a reinforced needle bar mechanism, hook and thread trimming system, and use coarser feed dogs, wider presser feet and thicker needle bars. For thin and medium fabrics there is the more versatile JACK A6F-E model without the letter H.
The needle feeds the fabric together with the feed dogs, so the layers do not shift against each other. The closed central lubrication system keeps the oil in a sealed reservoir, so it does not get onto the work.
The servo motor built into the body runs quietly, without vibration, and uses up to 80 % less electricity than older clutch motors. The machine starts sewing smoothly, without a jerk, so it is easy to control when sewing complex parts. The machine is supplied with a table.

Needle feed system
The fabric is fed not only by the feed dogs – the needle moves in sync with them. This feeds the fabric evenly and the layers do not shift.
Dry head system
The needle area is protected from direct contact with oil, so the fabrics being sewn do not get stained.
Closed lubrication system
The oil is kept in a sealed reservoir away from dust, and the machine itself is lubricated by a closed system.
LED work area lighting
Built-in LED lighting with adjustable brightness.
Quieter bobbin winder
The bobbin winding mechanism is quieter and more precise, with a handy thread cutter next to it.

Table
The machine comes as standard with an original JACK table. The table measures 120 × 55 × 4 cm, and the frame height and legs are adjustable.
