JACK A5E-B-7-A.M.H2
Industrial lockstitch straight-stitch sewing machine with a chip that selects motor power according to the needle penetration resistance. One machine sews both thin and thick fabrics.
The JACK A5E-B-7 chip senses how much resistance the fabric offers to the needle and signals the motor how much force to turn the shaft with. This is the manufacturer's patented technology. Maximum stitch length is up to 7 mm.
The machine has an integrated internal servo motor, an enlarged work platform, an LCD touch control panel, electronic thread trimming and servo-driven backtacking. Shorter thread ends are left after trimming. The lubrication system is sealed – the oil is kept in a separate reservoir and does not get onto the work.
The servo motor runs only when the pedal is pressed; the machine starts sewing smoothly, without jerking or vibration, as there is no belt between the shaft and the motor. The motor uses up to 80 % less electricity than clutch motors. The surface is powder-coated and abrasion-resistant.

Octopus Dual-Core AI chip
Performs 100 000 calculations per second and adjusts the sewing force to the fabric thickness in real time.
Vigorous Ape Dual-Drive motor
The dual-drive motor responds in 0.01 ms and delivers up to 11.3 Nm of torque, so the needle penetration stays stable even through the thickest seams.
Instant reverse sewing
The reverse stitch is secured instantly, and the reinforced needle penetration easily goes through thick areas when sewing backwards too.
Dry (oil-free) head
According to the manufacturer, the machine head runs without oil, so there is no need to spray lubricant and the work stays clean.
Higher productivity
Faster response and less downtime from broken threads increase sewing line efficiency by 10 %.
