JACK A5E-B-A.M.H2 – a high-speed industrial lockstitch straight stitch sewing machine that automatically adjusts its piercing force to the fabric thickness.
A chip in the machine senses the resistance to the needle's penetration and immediately tells the motor how much force to turn the shaft with. This is a new, patented JACK technology that lets you sew fabrics of various thicknesses with one machine.
The machine is fully automated: automatic thread trimming, presser foot lift and programmable backtacking. It suits both production, where productivity matters, and homes or other premises, where low noise matters. The machine is sold with a table.
Features
Sews thick and thin fabrics
Sews thin, stretch and thick fabrics with equal precision, as well as difficult spots such as zips and belt loops, without thread breakage or fabric puckering.
Octopus dual-core AI chip
The chip performs 100 000 calculations per second and adjusts the sewing force to the fabric thickness in real time.
Vigorous Ape Dual-Drive motor
The dual-drive motor responds within 0.01 ms and delivers up to 11.3 Nm of torque, so penetration stays stable even through the thickest seam crossings.
Integrated servo motor
The motor is built into the machine body with no belt, so the machine runs quietly and without vibration, and the motor only starts when you press the pedal. Compared with clutch motors, the machine starts sewing smoothly, without a jolt, making it easier to control when sewing complex parts.
The needle can be set to stop in the up or down position, and the required speed can be set.
Instant reverse sewing
Reverse stitching is secured instantly, and the reinforced needle penetration goes through thickened areas even when sewing in reverse. Backtacking is performed by the servo motor.
Clean lubrication system
The central lubrication system is enclosed: the oil is kept in a special sealed reservoir, does not escape and does not stain the items being sewn. The manufacturer describes the head as completely dry (oil-free) – there is no need to spray lubricant.
Larger work platform and controls
The enlarged work platform gives the operator more space and comfort. The machine is controlled via an LCD touch panel, and the LED lighting brightness is adjustable.
Shorter thread ends remain after trimming, and the improved feed system moves the fabric evenly.
Productivity and durability
According to the manufacturer, faster response and less downtime due to broken threads increase overall sewing line efficiency by 10 %.
The machine surface is powder-coated – this finish is abrasion-resistant, so the machine keeps its appearance for a long time.
