JACK C4 – a high-speed fully automated six-thread overlocker with thread trimming function.

A new-generation C4-6-03/333 series overlocker that overcasts edges with three, four, five or even six threads at once, depending on the number of needles. By removing or inserting a needle, you can quickly configure the overlocker for the type of fabric you are sewing.

These overlockers are unique in that they can perform any type of overcasting. The machines come with new-generation original servo motors with unique features such as very quiet operation and up to 80% lower power consumption compared with old-style clutch motors. Machines with this type of motor also offer the highest speed among industrial overlockers (up to 7000 stitches/min.) as well as high reliability and productivity.

The overlocker can be supplied with two types of table – a standard table or a recessed table, in which the machine is mounted inside the table so that the sewing bed is flush with the table top.
