The JACK JK-8740C-460-02-UTL-AW1S is an industrial automatic four-needle, six-thread cylinder-bed flatlock machine for knitwear with a top cover stitch.
The machine has an economical built-in servo motor, needle positioning, LED work area lighting, automatic thread trimming and automatic presser foot lift.
The fabric is fed along the arm (feed of the arm). The machine is suitable for sewing knitted underwear, swimsuits, neoprene diving suits and sportswear.
Features
Small cylinder bed
The cylinder arm is only 150 mm, so the machine is suitable for sewing very narrow tubes.
Automatic presser foot lift
The automatic presser foot lifter with a spring design adapts well to various fabrics.
Pneumatic thread trimming (UTL)
A built-in photocell allows threads to be trimmed automatically at the start and end of the seam, and a suction device removes excess chain stitch.
Waste suction
Waste cut by the knife is sucked away, so the workplace stays clean and tidy.
Direct-drive motor
The quiet motor vibrates little and uses little energy. The machine is also safer and quicker to install.
Work table extension module (+25 €)
