DISON DS-1560N-HL18

The DISON DS-1560N-HL18 industrial universal lockstitch twin-needle sewing machine with triple fabric feed, an enlarged horizontal hook and an extended and raised machine bed. The distance from the needle to the inside of the machine arm is as much as 47 cm. The throat height is 15 cm. The presser foot lift uses a compressed air compressor, available separately. The machine is supplied with a special large 800W low-speed servo motor and a table.

The machine is designed for sewing thick and very thick fabrics such as upholstery fabrics, leather, leatherette, canvas, sailcloth, denim and many others where increased force is needed to penetrate and feed the material. The walking foot and needle feed mechanism ensures stable fabric feed, guaranteeing excellent sewing and high seam quality. Since fairly thick threads are used for these fabrics, the large hook ensures longer uninterrupted work and therefore higher productivity. This type of machine has a very wide range of applications: the furniture industry, car upholstery, tents, sports equipment, leisure goods and many other areas. The machine's stitch length is also twice that of ordinary sewing machines – up to 9 mm – and thick items sewn with a longer stitch look much better. The machine comes with a table, is very reliable and durable, has an excellent modern design, an improved lubrication system and very high build quality. Thanks to its excellent specifications and engineering, the machine can be used very widely in any area of heavy fabric sewing.
