DISON DS-8365
DISON DS-8365 – an industrial single-needle lockstitch post-bed machine with a very narrow, tall post and a triple feed system. Designed for heavy and extra-heavy fabrics.
The machine sews footwear, upholstery fabrics, leather, leatherette, canvas, sailcloth, denim and other materials that need more force to pierce and feed. The post bed lets you sew in hard-to-reach places where working with an ordinary sewing machine would be difficult.
The presser foot and needle move together and feed the fabric steadily, so the seam comes out even. The enlarged hook holds more thick thread, so the bobbin needs changing less often. The machine is used in furniture making, car interior sewing, and the production of tents, sports and leisure goods.
Long stitch and equipment
The stitch length reaches up to 12 mm – roughly twice as much as on ordinary sewing machines. On thick items a longer stitch looks better.
The machine is supplied with a table and a 750 W servo motor. It has an improved lubrication system and is carefully assembled.
