DISON DS-64518-2
DISON DS-64518-2 – an industrial twin-needle post-bed lockstitch sewing machine with triple (compound) feed and an enlarged horizontal hook. Designed for heavy and very heavy fabrics.
The machine sews upholstery fabrics, leather, faux leather, canvas, sailcloth, denim and other materials that need more force to pierce and feed. The moving foot and needle mechanism feeds the fabric evenly, so the seam is of high quality.
The post bed makes it easy to sew in hard-to-reach places where an ordinary sewing machine would struggle.
The machine comes with a table and a motor. You can choose a single-phase 400 W clutch motor or a new-type 750 W servo motor with a needle positioning system.

Enlarged hook
Thick threads are used for such fabrics, so the enlarged hook lets you work longer without interruptions and increases productivity.
Long stitch
The stitch length is up to 9 mm, roughly twice as long as on ordinary sewing machines. Heavy items sewn with a longer stitch look better.
