DISON DS-6-7D
Industrial lockstitch machine with triple feed and an enlarged vertical hook. Designed for heavy and very heavy fabrics.
The DISON DS-6-7D sews upholstery fabrics, leather, faux leather, canvas, sailcloth, denim and other materials that need more force to pierce and feed. The moving presser foot and needle feed the fabric evenly, so the seam comes out straight and of high quality.
Thick threads are used for such fabrics, so the enlarged hook lets you work longer without interruptions. The stitch length is as much as 12 mm, and a longer stitch looks better on heavy items. The machine is suitable for the furniture industry, car interiors, and the production of tents, sports and leisure goods.
Supplied with a table and a motor of your choice: a 400 W or 550 W clutch motor, or an economical 550 W or 750 W servo motor, which can be fitted with a needle positioning system.

The machine is made using technology from the Japanese corporation MITSUBISHI and is an equivalent of the MITSUBISHI LY23300.
