The DISON DS-0311D is an industrial universal lockstitch sewing machine with a powerful integrated 750W new-generation servo motor, compound (double) feed, an extended work surface, increased stitch length, a double-size large hook, LED work area lighting, a needle positioning system and adjustable walking foot lift height.
The machine is designed for sewing thick and very thick fabrics such as upholstery fabrics, leather, leatherette, canvas, sailcloth, denim and many others where increased force is needed to penetrate and feed the material. The extended machine bed lets you sew much larger pieces. The height-adjustable walking foot ensures stable fabric feed, guaranteeing excellent sewing and high seam quality. Since fairly thick threads are used for these fabrics, the large hook ensures longer uninterrupted work and therefore higher productivity. This type of machine has a very wide range of applications: the furniture industry, car upholstery, tents, sports equipment, leisure goods and many other areas. The machine's stitch is also twice as long as on ordinary sewing machines – up to 9 mm – and thick items sewn with a longer stitch look much better. The machine is supplied with a table. The integrated new-generation 750W servo motor is very economical and has a needle positioning function, and the machine runs much more smoothly and economically with this motor. The machine is very reliable and durable, has an excellent modern design, an improved lubrication system and very high build quality. Thanks to its excellent specifications and engineering, the machine can be used very widely in any area of heavy fabric sewing.
