DISON DS-1560N-L14
The DISON DS-1560N-L14 is an industrial twin-needle lockstitch sewing machine with a triple feed system, enlarged horizontal hooks and an extended platform. It is designed for thick and very thick fabrics.
The distance from the needle to the inside of the body is 35 cm, which is 10 cm more than on the similar DISON DS-1560 machine. The height of the inner space is 11 cm.
The machine sews upholstery fabrics, leather, leatherette, canvas, sailcloth, denim and other materials that need more force to pierce and feed. The walking foot and needle feed the fabric evenly, so the seam comes out to a high standard. Thick threads are used for such fabrics, and the enlarged hook lets you work longer without changing the bobbin.
The stitch length is up to 9 mm, twice as long as on standard machines. On thick items a longer stitch looks better. The machine is suitable for the furniture industry, car interiors, and the manufacture of tents, sports and leisure goods.
