DISON DS-1511
Industrial lockstitch machine with triple feed and an enlarged horizontal hook. Designed for heavy and very heavy fabrics.
The DISON DS-1511 sews upholstery fabrics, leather, faux leather, canvas, sailcloth, denim and other materials that need more force to pierce and feed. The moving presser foot and needle feed the fabric evenly, so the seam comes out straight and of high quality.
Thick threads are used for such fabrics, so the enlarged hook lets you work longer without interruptions. The stitch length is up to 9 mm, twice that of ordinary machines, and a longer stitch looks better on heavy items.
The machine is suitable for the furniture industry, car interiors, and the production of tents, sports and leisure goods. Made using technology from the Japanese corporation JUKI, supplied with a table.
Walking foot height adjustment
With a special adjuster, the operator can set how high the walking feet rise without the help of a technician. This makes it easy to find the best setting for the fabric thickness.
This variant can even sew with No. 5 threads.
