DISON DS-1560N-HL18
An industrial twin-needle lockstitch machine with a triple feed system and an extended, raised bed. Designed for heavy and very heavy fabrics.
The distance from the needle to the inner part of the body is 47 cm and the height inside the machine is 15 cm, so large items fit under the arm. The machine has an enlarged horizontal hook and comes with a table and a special high-power (800 W) low-speed servo motor.
The presser foot is lifted by a compressed air compressor, which is available separately.
What it is for
The machine sews upholstery fabrics, leather, faux leather, canvas, sailcloth, denim and other materials that need more force to pierce and feed. It is used in the furniture industry, for car interiors, and in the production of tents, sports equipment and leisure goods.
The presser foot and needle mechanisms move together and feed the fabric steadily, so the seam comes out well. Thick threads are used for such fabrics, and the enlarged hook lets you work longer without changing the bobbin.
The stitch length is up to 9 mm, roughly twice as long as on standard machines. A longer stitch looks better on thick items. The machine is reliable and durable, with an improved lubrication system.
