DISON DS-6-7D

The DISON DS-6-7D is an industrial universal lockstitch sewing machine with triple feed and a large vertical hook. The machine is designed for sewing thick and very thick fabrics such as upholstery fabrics, leather, leatherette, canvas, sailcloth, denim and many others where increased force is needed to penetrate and feed the material. The walking foot and needle feed mechanism ensures stable fabric feed, guaranteeing excellent sewing and high seam quality. Since fairly thick threads are used for these fabrics, the large hook ensures longer uninterrupted work and therefore higher productivity. This type of machine has a very wide range of applications: the furniture industry, car upholstery, tents, sports equipment, leisure goods and many other areas. The stitch length on these machines is also extended to as much as 12 mm, and thick items sewn with a longer stitch look much better. The machine is supplied with a table and a motor, which can be chosen from several options: 400W or 550W clutch motors, or new-type economical 550W or 750W servo motors, which can be fitted with a needle positioning system. The machine is very reliable and durable, has an excellent modern design, an improved lubrication system and very high build quality. Thanks to its excellent specifications and engineering, the machine can be used very widely in any area of heavy fabric sewing.

The machine is made using the technology of the Japanese corporation MITSUBISHI and is a 100% equivalent of the MITSUBISHI LY23300 sewing machine.
