DISON DS-1760D
DISON DS-1760D – an industrial twin-needle post-bed universal lockstitch sewing machine with triple feed and enlarged horizontal hooks. Designed for thick and very thick fabrics.
The machine sews upholstery fabrics, leather, faux leather, canvas, sailcloth, denim and other materials that need more force to pierce and feed. It is used in the furniture industry, for car interiors, tents, sports equipment, leisure goods and in other fields.
The machine comes with a table. A 750 W servo motor with a needle positioning system is integrated into the head.

Post bed
The post bed makes it easier to sew in hard-to-reach places where it is difficult to work with a standard sewing machine.
Triple feed
The presser foot and needle mechanisms move together and feed the fabric steadily, so the seam is even and of high quality.
Enlarged hooks
Thick threads are used for thick fabrics, and the larger hook lets you work longer without interruptions.
Long stitch
The stitch is about twice as long as on ordinary sewing machines. On thick items a longer stitch looks better.
Reliable construction
The machine is sturdy and durable, with an improved lubrication system and high-quality assembly.
