DISON DS-1511-L14
The DISON DS-1511-L14 is an industrial single-needle lockstitch sewing machine with a triple feed system, an enlarged horizontal hook and an extended platform. It is designed for thick and very thick fabrics.
The distance from the needle to the inside of the body is 35.5 cm, which is 10 cm more than on the similar DISON DS-1511 machine. The machine is made using the technology of the Japanese JUKI corporation and comes with a table.
The machine sews upholstery fabrics, leather, leatherette, canvas, sailcloth, denim and other materials that need more force to pierce and feed. The walking foot and needle feed the fabric evenly, and the enlarged hook lets you work longer without changing the bobbin. The stitch length is up to 9 mm, twice as long as on standard machines, so seams on thick items look better.
The machine is suitable for the furniture industry, car interiors, and the manufacture of tents, sports and leisure goods.
Adjustable walking foot height
Using a special regulator, the machinist can set the lift height of the walking feet to suit the fabric thickness without a mechanic's help, and so achieve the best result. This version can sew even with No. 5 thread.
