DISON DS-1341
DISON DS-1341 – an industrial lockstitch sewing machine with a cylinder bed and triple (compound) feed. Designed for heavy and very heavy fabrics.
The machine sews upholstery fabrics, leather, faux leather, canvas, sailcloth, denim and other materials that need more force to pierce and feed. The moving foot and needle mechanism feeds the fabric evenly, so the seam is of high quality.
Thick threads are used for such fabrics, so the enlarged horizontal hook lets you work longer without interruptions. The stitch length is up to 9 mm, roughly twice as long as on ordinary machines. Heavy items sewn with a longer stitch look better.
The machine is made using the technology of the Japanese corporation JUKI and comes with a table.
Features
Walking foot height adjustment
With a special regulator, the operator can set how high the walking feet rise without the help of a technician. This way the movement of the feet can be adapted to the thickness of the fabric being sewn for the best result.
This version of the machine can sew even with size 5 thread.
