Industrial high-speed automatic overlocker that finishes edges with three or five threads. Designed for heavy fabrics: upholstery fabrics, denim, workwear.
The JACK C5C is a latest-series overlocker with automatic thread trimming, presser foot lifting and needle positioning. The fabric feed system adjusts itself to the fabric thickness, and a voice assistant reports the machine status and errors.
UAB „Siuvimo manija“ is the only authorised distributor of JACK sewing machines in Lithuania.
Features
Automatic thread trimming
With automatic trimming switched on, you do not need to do anything: when you finish sewing and the fabric passes the presser foot, a light sensor is uncovered and the machine trims all threads. The function can be switched off with one button.
Automatic presser foot lifting
At the end of a seam the presser foot lifts by itself. This speeds up work. The function can be switched off.
Smart Rhino Feeding fabric feed system
A synchronised system feeds the fabric evenly regardless of its thickness and adapts to thicker and thinner areas.
L/M/H fabric thickness selector
Use the knob to choose one of three levels: light (L), medium (M) or heavy (H) fabrics. The selector changes the tilt angle of the feed dogs.
Voice assistant
Voice Guide reports the machine status, warns about errors and suggests how to fix them.
Needle positioning
When you finish sewing, the needles stop at the top position, so you do not need to check their position before you start sewing.
Industry 4.0 support (optional)
The overlocker can be connected to smart factory lines – it transmits data on completed work and operations.
Table
The overlocker is supplied with a standard 120 × 55 table with adjustable height. If needed, the table can be smaller – 105 × 55, also height-adjustable.
