JACK C5C-4-M03/333
The JACK C5C-4-M03/333 is a high-speed automatic industrial overlocker that overcasts edges with three or four threads.
This is a JACK overlocker from the latest series, with automatic thread trimming, presser foot lift, needle positioning and a voice guide. The overlocker stands out for its distinctive design.
UAB „Siuvimo manija“ is the only authorised distributor of JACK sewing machines in Lithuania.
Table
The overlocker comes with a standard 120 × 55 cm table with adjustable height. If required, the table can also be smaller – 105 × 55 cm, also height-adjustable.

Automatic functions
Automatic thread trimming
With automatic trimming switched on, there is nothing to do: when the sewn fabric passes the presser foot and uncovers the light sensor, the machine trims all threads itself.
If you do not need the function, it can be switched off with one press of a button.
Automatic presser foot lift
When the seam is finished, the presser foot rises automatically. This speeds up work. The function can also be switched off.
Smart Rhino Feeding fabric feed
The synchronised feed system moves the fabric evenly regardless of its thickness. The overlocker adapts to thick and thinner areas, so it sews a wide range of fabrics.
L/M/H fabric thickness selector
A knob lets you choose one of three levels: light (L), medium (M) or heavy (H) fabrics. The selector changes the tilt angle of the feed dogs to suit the fabric thickness.
Voice Guide
The voice system reports the machine status, warns of errors and suggests how to fix them.
Needle positioning
When you finish sewing, the needles stop in the upper position, so you do not need to check their position when you start sewing.
Industry 4.0 support (optional)
The overlocker can be connected to smart industrial production lines and transmit data on completed work and operations.
Work table extension module (+25 €)
This fold-out module enlarges the work table. You can choose it when ordering the product.
